WESTERN SPRING RESIDENT

The western spring resident serves as a renovation project for a family of four. New millwork was carefully designed and added to each of the family member’s bedrooms. They serve as floor-to-ceiling closets, storage, and window seats. The existing house has a traditional mansard roof and projected windows. We were able to fill these spaces in front of windows with additional seating and storage.

The scope of the project include basement full renovation, bedroom millwork design, floor finish, lighting fixture selection, and office millwork design.
