1326 EVANSTON MULTI-FAMILY AMENITIES

Located in Evanston, IL - this multifamily building was looking to make better use of its common spaces, refresh its interiors, and provide new amenities to the tenants. Upon entry, the project opened up the existing storefront lobby to create a new seating area for tenants to meet, work, or wait with ample natural light and touches of green in a brick planter and moss wall. The old leasing office was updated to include a kitchenette, new office layout and furniture, and a refresh to the lighting and finishes.

At the second level, an underutilized storage room was reimagined as a workout and fitness space, and the old laundry room became a bike storage room as the buildings laundry services were moved in-unit. Tenant doors were updated with new smart hardware, refinished doors, and unit signage throughout the building.

The project also included new paint, lighting, and flooring throughout all common corridors on all five levels. Each level of the building includes historical and cultural images and art that reference the City of Evanston and it’s rich history.
