MACON CONSTRUCTION - OFFICE HQ

In collaboration with Bureau Gemmell, NEW OFFICE was invited to design the new HQ office space for Macon Construction.

We quickly explored multiple locations and provided life safety and egress plans for the whole complex during the design phase and final scope included new entry design, exterior canopy and open connecting stair with a skylight for their new second story office space. The interior scope included the renovation of an existing space to include a new gym and other office spaces.

Our role in this project was to work symbiotically with the knowledge and schedule of a contractor to help feed information in an efficient and structured way. This maintained a steady pace with a self-acting contractor to keep the necessary information in their court to move the project forward.
