DESCRIPTION

This 120 year-old historic condo building is located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. With its tall ceilings and south-facing windows, it has beautiful natural light throughout the entire day. The design takes advantage of the tall ceilings with two full-height millwork pieces - an entry closet and a daybed bookshelf. In addition to offering much needed storage and seating, the spaces are brought to life with color and shape.
